The "Herrschäftler" SPONDIS is a purist Pinot Noir full of power, density, and elegance, intended to reflect the vineyard of the same name. The deep-rooted vines, planted at a high density, are over 50 years old and grow on the Fläscher Halde slope behind the village. Fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts, it is bottled unfiltered after aging in barriques.
