Flor de Pingus 2021, 150 cl

The second wine of Peter Sisseck's legendary Dominio de Pingus is called Flor de Pingus and is treated in the cellar like its big brother: fermented and aged in large wooden casks and stainless steel tanks, with a conscious decision to forgo new oak barrels. The vines for Flor de Pingus are located in La Horra and cover approximately 35 hectares. This single-varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) has itself achieved cult status and impresses with its velvety texture and simultaneously fresh character.
