Finca Dofí is the birthplace of Álvaro Palacios' Priorat project. Originally called Clos Dofí, Finca Dofí is now a 16-hectare vineyard in the commune of Gratallops. Garnacha occupies 95% of the plots on the steep slopes. The cooler north and east exposure contributes to the captivating elegance and freshness of this wine, which delights with its great complexity, depth, and length on the palate.
