Viki Benavides demonstrates her expertise with this Tinta de Toro – a concentrated version of Tempranillo – made from ungrafted vines. This Crianza aged for two years in barrel and bottle and is now ready to drink: juicy, aromatic, and complex. A nose bursting with berry aromas of violet, rose, and sandalwood. Wonderfully fresh and easy to drink, the tannins are relaxed, the fruit shines brightly, and it has both juiciness and a firm bite. Elegant with rack of lamb. Delicious with braised dishes. A perfect complement to spicy hard cheeses like Manchego or Sbrinz.
