Dézaley Clos des Abbayes, Gamme historique 2023, 75 cl

The city of Lausanne is the proud owner of this steep vineyard. The wine is sold annually at a public auction. Clos des Abbayes is spectacularly situated on the steep slopes of the Dézaley appellation in Lavaux. This appellation (along with Calamin) is one of only two in Lavaux to be designated "Grand Cru." This Chasselas has delicate aromas of white blossoms, yogurt, and yellow stone fruit. On the palate, it is very harmonious, subtly spicy, juicy, and smooth.
