This Verdicchio bears the name of the old "Empório" that once stood on the property. On the left bank of the Esino River, this lively and mineral white wine is produced in vineyards over 50 years old. Its aroma is characterized by fresh, citrusy notes reminiscent of peaches, mangoes, limes, and yellow blossoms with a touch of herbal spice. On the palate, a spicy and saline freshness and vibrancy also dominate, making it the perfect accompaniment to a rich aperitif and fish dishes. A rendezvous of grapefruit, mandarin, star fruit, and white peach, underscored by an exciting juiciness and a hint of salt.
