Here, spiciness takes center stage, both on the nose and palate: eucalyptus, pepper, paprika, dark chocolate, and mocha, along with notes of bergamot, dried fruit, and black cherry, are the predominant aromas and flavors. Firm tannins on the palate and juicy acidity give the wine a powerful structure. Its finish is beautifully long.
