Delicate

The Malbec-dominated blend offers aromas of dark cherries, ripe wild berries, and a hint of cinnamon and cloves. Silky smooth yet fresh, the Délicate caresses the palate. A very elegant and youthful non-vintage red wine, its unique production process gives it the appearance of a white wine, yet it seduces like a red. The Malbec component, comprising over 50% of the wine, is produced without skin contact, similar to a white wine, and is complemented by the mature red wine components of the other three grape varieties from the previous vintage. On the palate, aromas of plums, strawberries, and roses unfold. A "Beaujolais-style" wine with considerable depth, the perfect serving temperature is a refreshing 11°C.
