A great wine from Côte-Rôtie! The Serine has an open and inviting aroma of black cherry, cocoa, and peonies. On the palate, the aromas return to dark fruit, reminiscent of blackberries, blue plum, and allspice. A spicy wine that flows across the palate with great density, velvety texture, and a certain vibrancy. Decanting it before serving will reveal even more finesse. A true delight with fine game.
