Cuvée Bertrand 2016, 500 cl

This cuvée is dedicated to Father Bertrand, the last member of the monastic community to manage the winery until 1980. Dominant in Pinot Noir, the wine displays a complex aromatic profile: hints of lilac, rosehip, blood orange, and dried plum, along with licorice and truffle with a smoky note. The tannins are ripe, velvety, and soft, and the taste is spicy and fruity.
