The first 100% PIWI wine (made from fungus-resistant grapes) in our range, from Swiss "PIWI expert" Roland Lenz. Thanks to its thick skin, this grape variety requires no pesticides. It boasts an enticing aroma of ripe stone fruit and lime zest. On the palate, it reveals a pleasant sweetness, accompanied by a lively, juicy acidity and a hint of exotic flavor that lingers on the finish. A perfect accompaniment to mild Asian dishes, crispy fish, or penne with lemon cream sauce.
