Cuvée 1844 Blanc 2022, 150 cl

An organically produced cuvée from Thurgau with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, pressed immediately. Even on the nose, this wine unfolds an enticing array of aromas: juicy orange, zesty bergamot, and sweet quince mingle with caramel, elderflower, and a hint of verbena. On the palate, it reveals its fruity richness with a touch of honey, supported by a fresh, pleasant acidity and a subtle bitterness. The result is an unusual yet very exciting cuvée that pairs perfectly with fish terrine, baked perch fillets with tartar sauce, or spicy hard cheeses.
