Cuvée 1844 Noir 2023, 75 cl

No effort is spared here: The Cuvée Noir is created in a very special way right in the vineyard. A few days before harvest, the Lenz family clamps off the juice flow from the grape stems to concentrate the aromas in the berries. The result is slightly raisin-like grapes, which give the wine a seductive richness and opulence. On the nose, it entices with aromas of tea rose, black cherry, dried plum, and white pepper. On the palate, it displays a wonderful abundance of fruit, warm aromatics, juicy acidity, and silky-smooth tannins. A true delight for the palate.
