This precise and mineral-driven Grand Cru comes from the high-altitude parcels of the Corton hill. The white wine displays the typical signature of Domaine Tollot-Beaut: clear fruit, subtle oak notes, and a vibrant expression of the terroir. The nose unfolds aromas of white stone fruit, citrus, and blossoms, underpinned by chalky minerality and a hint of almond. On the palate, it is dense and linear, with lively acidity, a fine texture, and a long, saline finish. A characterful, age-worthy Burgundy of great precision – ideal with seafood, shellfish, light meats, or mushroom ragout in cream sauce, as well as mildly aged cheeses.
