Cognac Park VS, Carte Blanche

Lush, mild, and with a slightly sweet aroma of yellow stone fruits, it reveals flavors on the palate reminiscent of candied ginger, blossoms, dried fruit, and fine tobacco leaves. Fresh and highly drinkable, it is suitable for sipping neat or in cocktails. VS is the classic, most traditional of the cognacs. The one presented here is an outstanding example of what a small, refined cognac house can produce. This blend of Fins Bois and Petite Champagne matured for six months in new, medium-toasted oak barrels, followed by another six months in used oak barrels.
