Cognac Park Single Barrel millésimé 2006, 70 cl

This limited edition (198 bottles) cognac, exclusively bottled for Baur au Lac Vins, is a single barrel cognac from cellar number 8 of Tessendier et Fils. Aged for 13 years in oak barrels, it developed a floral, fruity, and very well-balanced bouquet. The cognac offers aromas of acacia blossom, vanilla, citrus fruits, and a hint of honey. On the palate, it is very smooth, revealing flavors of raisins, dried fruit, and a touch of butterscotch, accompanied by a refined, smoky note. The long finish is characterized by marzipan and raisin flavors.
