Nestled in the heart of the Clos des Corbassières vineyards thrives Païen (a synonym for the rare Savagnin Blanc or Heida grape variety). Originating in the Upper Valais, it flourishes particularly well at high altitudes. This white, aromatic gem exudes fragrances reminiscent of ripe white peaches, lemon zest, flambéed pineapple, and butterscotch. On the palate, it reveals its delicate minerality, opulence, and creaminess, along with aromas of salted almonds, vanilla, saffron, caramelized oranges, and cardamom.
