Made from the grapes of the oldest vines in the vineyard, its heart, this red wine is aged for 18 months in large 500-liter casks. The fresh, silky, complex, and full bouquet is reminiscent of cherries, raspberries, cinnamon, mint, and strawberry jelly. The balanced, elegant, dense, and full palate, with its fine, concentrated fruit and delicately creamy texture, is followed by a long finish.
