Ready for an island escape? This Mallorcan cuvée will bring sunshine to your everyday life! The grapes come from vineyards overlooking the northern bay of Pollença, meaning they enjoy not only sunshine but also cooling sea breezes. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, and this meticulous care continues in the cellar. The result is a superbly balanced wine: on the nose, dark berry aromas like blackberry, blueberry, and Amarena cherry, paired with delicate, fresh, and floral notes reminiscent of roses and violets. On the palate, it is juicy with well-integrated acidity and silky tannins. Our recommendation: If you plan to drink this wine young, decant it for an hour or two beforehand. P.S.: The dog adorning the label is the typical Balearic island house and farm dog, the "Mallorca Shepherd," and watches over the winery and its precious treasures day and night.
