A sparkling fruit basket in a glass ❯ A naturally fermented cider made from regional apples (including Boskoop, Sauergrauech, Hord, and Engishofer apples), pears, and quinces of old, high-stem varieties, grown around Bern – spontaneously fermented, entirely without additives. Authentic, complex, and with a clear terroir character. ❯ On the nose, fragrant quinces, fresh apple fruit, and a delicate, tart pear note. Dry, elegant, and with a wonderfully fresh touch. ❯ Pairs well with mature cheeses, fondue and raclette, terrines, vegetable dishes – or simply on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
