Chardonnay Magdalena 2020, 75 cl

The Chardonnay “Magdalena” grows on a west-facing slope, where warm conditions produce an expressive and characterful wine. It is named after Magdalena, the middle daughter of winemaker Jakob Nicolussi-Leck. The bouquet combines notes of buttery pastry, apple, and banana – fresh and ripe at the same time. On the palate, the Chardonnay is creamy, with lively acidity and delicate fruit flavors of yellow stone fruits and subtle toasty notes. Enjoy it with fish and poultry dishes with creamy sauces, vegetable risotto, or mild cheeses.
