The base for this CHAI GIN is MARX organic Gin "Bayern Dry". This premium product is macerated with a Bengali chai tea blend, and it is crucial that the tea infusion does not make the gin bitter. Therefore, the dosage and maceration time are extremely important. Meticulous attention is paid to achieving absolute harmony between the gin and the spice blend. The Bengali tea blend contains, among other spices: cinnamon, licorice root, chicory root, cardamom, black tea, black pepper, cloves, vanilla, jasmine, and nutmeg.
