This Premier Cru from Julien Brocard proves it: It comes from the biodynamically cultivated top vineyard Montée de Tonnerre – a wine with good vibes through and through. On the nose, it reveals fresh lime and crisp Granny Smith apple. On the palate, it's beautifully mineral, yet sunny, juicy, and surprisingly exotic. A versatile food companion, it pairs particularly well with creamy risotto – especially with spring vegetables. It's also fantastic with cream, mustard, and mushroom sauces.
