A south-facing slope on the right bank of the Serene River, at the northern end of the amphitheater of this Grand Cru vineyard, is the birthplace of this powerful Chablis with its vibrant structure and velvety texture. Hints of sandalwood, pepper, and anise accompany the notes of candied citrus and ripe apricots in the overwhelming bouquet. On the palate, it is juicy, with peppery acidity and pronounced minerality.
