The bodega is located in the heart of the Penedès region, not far from Barcelona, and is one of the small, refined, and exclusive producers of Cava. The aroma of this Cava is characterized by yellow fruit notes. Ripe apple and stone fruits mingle with delicate floral hints. Its mousse is rich and full-bodied on the palate. The taste, reminiscent of citrus fruits and almonds, is accompanied by a light, subtly drying bitterness.
