This oak-aged white Merlot with a small percentage of Chardonnay reveals, after some aeration, a delightful array of aromas with notes of linden and apple blossom, ripe citrus fruit and mirabelle plum, and delicate honey caramel. It delights the palate with a rich, smooth texture and gentle acidity, paired with ripe fruit flavors and a touch of nougat. Serve it with dishes such as a Caesar salad with chicken or veal paillard with cream sauce.
