A truly textbook Amarone. The grapes are harvested in several passes and dried for four to five months. Up to 36 months in oak barrels lend it opulence, maturity, and spice. A wine to love, to celebrate, and to cellar. It oscillates between cassis, black cherry, and orange, clove, vanilla, walnut, and chocolate truffles. Pure power and finesse, vibrant acidity. Stunningly good. Pairs fantastically with mature Parmesan and Gorgonzola. Absolutely exquisite with duck breast in balsamic sauce or with Wagyu steak.
