From the wild mountains: Álvaro Palacios is the rising star of Spanish winemaking. In the 1990s, he awakened the neglected Priorat region from its slumber. In this rugged mountain landscape, the vines are rooted in barren Llicorella slate. No wonder they possess so much character.
