This unique site, with its deep soil, allows for the production of a very complex, powerful wine with a unique structure. On the nuanced, delicate nose, the Cabernet Franc presents itself as peppery, spicy, with dark berry and ripe cherry notes. On the palate, it is very typical of the variety, elegant, and with a long, aromatic finish. The aromas of this Cabernet Franc are reminiscent of small wild berries, currants, and fine woods.
