Blackberry brandy 2015, 35 cl

The blackberries for this fine brandy are harvested from old, wild blackberry bushes growing in a clearing near the farm in the Bavarian Forest, absorbing the unique microclimate of this wild environment. To preserve all the beneficial compounds, the freshly harvested berries are immediately cleaned and prepared before being gently macerated and distilled.
