The rich nose is immediately captivating, revealing aromas that betray the oak aging: vanilla, coconut, and sandalwood are complemented by spicy nutmeg and cinnamon stick. After some aeration, fruity and floral notes emerge, such as banana, dried pear, jasmine, and magnolia. On the palate, an explosion of fruit unfolds, accompanied by wonderfully juicy acidity, noticeable minerality, and a beautiful finish. A superb Swiss white wine!
