The Gallinotto comes from the historic single vineyard "Berri" in La Morra – once forgotten, now a prime example of Mauro Molino's pioneering spirit. Thanks to its altitude and fresh microclimate, this Barolo impresses with exceptional elegance and vibrant freshness. On the nose: dark berries, mint, eucalyptus, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with silky tannins and a long finish. A Barolo that delights even when young – with equally good aging potential. Brilliant with braised meats, game, lamb, and dishes featuring porcini mushrooms and truffles.
