Balado Albariño 2024, 75 cl

The Balado comes from a small, single vineyard with two parcels of vines over 60 years old, surrounded by a traditional granite wall – "balo" in Galician. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for six months, it displays clear contours: fine minerality, cool citrus freshness, and elegant depth. The nose offers flint, lemon balm, and light fruits; on the palate, it is juicy, slightly creamy, with a saline minerality and precise acidity. Perfect with oysters, seafood – or simply at sunset by the water. And for those with a little patience: with some aging, this Albariño reaches its full potential.
