ATOMA P22 Grand Cru, Blanc de Blancs

Since 1894, the Agrapart family estate in the heart of Avize has stood for authentic, terroir-driven Grand Cru Champagnes. The "ATOMA" is more than just a Champagne – it is the liquid DNA of Agrapart Avize. This complex, multi-vintage cuvée, made from 100% Chardonnay, unites the finest crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger). Since the project's inception in 2020, a small portion from a 2020 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs reserve vineyard, along with a portion from the main vintage, has been included in the cuvée. Thus, since its creation, it has contained an "atom" of different vintages – the true DNA of the house. In the glass, this Champagne reveals itself with precision and elegance: delicate aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and toasted almonds mingle with a characteristic saline minerality. The oak aging of the reserve wines lends structure; the texture is creamy, and the finish is fresh and long-lasting. A characterful Champagne that pairs wonderfully with a rich aperitif, seafood, or creamy risotto.
