This Arneis demonstrates why this grape variety, almost exclusively native to Piedmont, is so beloved. In the glass, it is captivatingly fresh, floral, and elegant – it's no wonder it's also called the "Barolo Bianco." With a little aeration, it unfolds an even spicier aroma reminiscent of freshly cut lemon balm, accompanied by a delicate, slightly sweet honey-almond note. On the palate, the Arneis is surprisingly powerful, displaying yellow fruit flavors reminiscent of ripe peaches – juicy, crisp, and beautifully balanced. It's a true team player when it comes to food: perfect with antipasti, vitello tonnato, vegetable risotto, pasta with herbs, and asparagus dishes.
