The latest project from the Tessendier family, who have mastered the art of distillation for generations, is the production of vintage-style whisky; a tribute to the 1950s and to Jérôme and Lilian Tessendier's mother, "Arlett." The Arlett Single Malt matures for three years in new American oak and bourbon casks and impresses with its rich and rounded aromatic power, good body, and length. On the nose, fruity and woody notes emerge first, followed by honey, cocoa, and finally soft wood. On the palate, the opening is clear and direct, with aromatic richness, a velvety texture, and a hint of blond tobacco. A true discovery among French whiskies!
