The Antica line at Domaine Cornulus represents top quality, terroir expression, complex structure, and longevity. This Cabernet Franc, from old vines, comes from three biodynamically cultivated parcels. The nose offers aromas of pepper, smoked chili, and delicate herbs. On the palate, it presents itself as well-structured. Its powerful body and pleasant acidity are complemented by fine-grained tannins. It exhibits a mineral note, accompanied by subtly bitter hints of sloe, elderberry, pepperoni, fine cocoa, and graphite. After several years of bottle aging, it will fully develop its magnificent aromatic complexity. It is also known as the "Cheval Blanc du Valais." Tip: Decanting is essential.
