In the quest for a new kind of rosé Champagne magic with greater aromatic depth, Spiritum 96 was born. Rosés are typically enjoyed young and fresh – Jean François Clouet has succeeded in perfectly balancing the complexity and richness of great vintages with the lightness and freshness of a youthful rosé. The key element in this marriage is a high proportion of Pinot Noir grapes from different vintages, along with 3% Liqueur de millésime 1996, meaning that this rosé Champagne has been blended with 3% dosage from the magnificent 1996 vintage. Clouet Spiritum 96 unites the essence of a great vintage with the vibrancy of a young rosé. Composition: 88% Pinot Noir, 9% Rouge de Bouzy 1999 (red wine), 3% Liqueur de millésimé 1996.
