A single-varietal Grand Cru Pinot Noir, vinified as a white wine and bottled without dosage. An expressive and seductive bouquet of green apples, ripe apricots, citrus fruits, and toasted bread. On the palate, this Brut Nature displays a fine perlage, crisp acidity, and noticeable minerality. The dry finish is softened by the ripe fruit character and hints of brioche. Excellent with oysters, baked scallops, ceviche, or vegetable risotto – also a perfect match for savory puff pastry bites.
