The "V6 Experience" matures for six years on the lees and bursts onto the palate like a rocket! It's like a six-cylinder turbo with plenty of power and depth. Typical of Jean-François Clouet's Champagne are notes of candied (citrus) fruits, the aroma of fresh Christmas stollen, and roasted almonds. A fine perlage characterizes this Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir). Its mousse is compact, persistent, and powerful on the palate. Complex in flavor and with a long finish, it offers great enjoyment – perfect with smoked fish, seafood, or saffron risotto, as well as with savory puff pastry creations like mushroom Wellington or chicken breast wrapped in pastry.
