The Riquewihr is a capricious blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris, sometimes crisp and light-footed, and at other times more serious and straightforward. Domaine Deiss is a "superstar" of the Alsace wine region and is run by Mathieu Deiss with the support of his father, Jean-Michel, who cultivate the estate biodynamically. This white wine exudes a luscious aroma of pear, peach, citrus fruits, and honey. On the palate, it presents itself with a smooth, mineral acidity.
