A great Alsatian white wine from the single vineyard "Engelgarten," produced from the cross-planting of five grape varieties. Its bouquet offers aromas of cooked orange peel and pears, underpinned by delicate mineral notes. On the palate, there's a touch of the exotic, along with the warmth characteristic of gravelly soils and gentle notes of white fruit. The long finish reveals its typical mineral structure and a generous, creamy texture. An opulent, very well-balanced, and concentrated white wine.
