With great dedication and a keen eye for detail, Nathalie Tollot and her siblings tend to their vineyards surrounding their small family winery. The 2023 Aloxe-Corton is a prime example of their signature style: a single-varietal Pinot Noir that combines classic Burgundian finesse with a modern, approachable approach. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, gently vinified, and aged in used oak barrels. The result is a wine with structure, elegance, and a distinctly terroir-driven character. The bouquet is open and complex, with aromas of ripe red berries, dark cherries, and a hint of spice.
